Senior Vice President of Ancillary Services

Michael J. Faulkner joined FemPartners in September, 2002 as Senior Vice President of Ancillary Services. His focus at FemPartners is on the acquisition and/or joint venture development of freestanding women's focused ancillary services such as fertility centers, imaging centers, specialty ambulatory surgical facilities, and specialty women's programs such as menopausal clinics. Mr. Faulkner has served as a health care business development and operations executive for over 20 years, including physician practice management, ambulatory surgical facilities, and hospital strategic planning. This includes Sr. Vice President, Development for CareSelect Group, a cardiovascular physician practice management company with 94 physicians in four states; Sr. Vice President for Strategic Operations for Physician Reliance Network, an oncology practice management company which has since merged with U.S. Oncology; and Chief Development Officer for Paragon Ambulatory Surgery, a private company which developed and operated ambulatory surgical facilities in three states and has since merged with a predecessor company of HCA Healthcare. Mr. Faulkner received his B.S. degree in business administration from Cal-State University in Northridge, California, and also holds an M.H.A. from UCLA and Ph.D. in health care administration from the University of Minnesota.
