Denise Kemp, M.S., C.M.P.E.

National Director of Fertility Services

Denise Kemp joined FemPartners in 2007 as National Director of Fertility Services. Prior to joining FemPartners Ms. Kemp served as Chief Operating Officer for Inova Management Co and Sher Institutes for Reproductive Medicine, a group of over 20 independently owned and operated reproductive healthcare centers and adjunct services companies including specialty laboratories, a medical practice management company, a national third party parenting program, a cryostorage facility, and a cord blood retrieval and storage program. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare management and leadership, including 17 years in the field of reproductive health care, Ms. Kemp is experienced in all aspects of medical practice administration and has been instrumental in facilitating the growth and success of large academic multi-specialty programs and for-profit multi-specialty, urgent care, urology, Ob-Gyn and reproductive and women's health care service organizations. Ms. Kemp received her B.S. degree in Business Administration and her Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is also a certified Medical Practice Executive, a past President and active member of the Association of Reproductive Managers, a peer-reviewed published author, and a frequent speaker at professional meetings and national conferences.
