Jack T. Thompson

President and Chief Executive Officer

Jack T. Thompson has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of FemPartners since July 2000. Mr. Thompson joined FemPartners in February 1998 as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President, and Treasurer. In October, 1998, Mr. Thompson was elected as a Director. From September 1994, Mr. Thompson served as CFO and Executive Vice President for Cardiovascular Ventures, Inc. in New Orleans, a physician practice management company focused on cardiology, where he directed the acquisition and financial management of regional heart centers and multi-specialty physician practices. Prior to that, Mr. Thompson was CFO and Vice President for Health Infusion, Inc., an alternative site health care company specializing in infusion, dialysis and contract research services in Miami. He was responsible for financial management and strategic analysis at this NASDAQ-traded company and for which he directed public offerings that raised over $50 million in capital. From 1978 to 1991, he worked for Arthur Andersen & Company and achieved the status of Partner. Mr. Thompson holds a BS degree in Accounting and an MBA in Finance and Management from East Carolina University, and holds CPA licensure.
